Cogges Pre-school is a registered charity providing high quality Early Years education to children from 2 to 4 years old, from Witney and the surrounding area. Our aim is to promote learning through play, in a stimulating, secure and caring environment, to create happy, confident, creative and curious learners.

 

As a charity, we rely on the generous support of local families, donors and businesses to help us continue to deliver our excellent care for children. Government childcare funding & Fee’s cover our core operational costs (of salaries, rent and subs), fundraised income pays for all the extras.  

                                   

We have seven long standing members of paid staff and are run by a volunteer committee consisting of parents past and present.

We hold fundraising events throughout the year with the aim of raising at least £2000 every year. This money helps to pay for essential repairs and maintenance. In addition to this we have an ongoing wish list for items such as play equipment and educational resources.

 

Can you help support Cogges Pre-school?

·       Donate! Make a one-of donation or set up a regular payment – whatever you can afford will make a real difference. Alternatively you can purchase something from our Wish list, please click on the red button below.
 

·       Join our Committee – we are a small committee consisting of parents past and present. We are responsible for supporting the Manager with the running of the Pre-School as well as leading and running regular fundraising events. We welcome new faces and fresh ideas. If you are interested in joining us, please speak to our Chairs Charlotte or Rebecca to find out more.
 

·       Volunteering - if you can’t make a regular time commitment but you want to help out occasionally, why not join our Volunteer list, people that we can call on to lend a hand, either in Pre-School, at Forest School or at our Fundraising events. your help is invaluable and we really appreciate it. 
 

·       Local businesses – can you sponsor us? From Forest School sessions, printing and stationary or buying anything on our wish list, click on the red button below. We will promote your support in Pre-School and on our website and social media pages. We would love to hear from you 😊
